This list includes details of stolen prescription pads that periodically comes to the attention of the Board via the Drugs and Poisons Unit of the Department of Human Services. The Board does not claim that this is a list of all known stolen prescription pads and any given time. The Board cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the actions of any persons that have been implicated in situations involving prescriptions from stolen prescription pads that are not included on this list. This list includes the details of stolen prescription pads notified to the Board during the last 24 months.
